On-call and on-demand experienced consultation and coaching when you need it.
Availability via phone, text, email or virtually for when you need guidance through challenging people issues or a second set of eyes and ears.
Can also include support for policy and documentation review, performance management, assistance with hiring selection and due diligence, manager coaching and all your HR and people needs.
Up to three hours per month of on-call availibity.
